All ticket sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to your inability to attend, illness, or change in personal circumstances.
The festival is a rain or shine event. The event will proceed regardless of normal inclement weather. You are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and gear for the weather conditions. No refunds or rain checks will be granted due to rain, mud, wind, or temperature.
The artist lineup, set times, and stage locations are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. Promoter reserves the right to substitute artists or alter the schedule. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or compensation.
If the festival is canceled in its entirety due to a severe weather emergency, act of God, or force majeure event, Promoter will provide instructions on the website regarding refunds or ticket rollovers. If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. Promoter is not responsible for any lodging, travel, or external expenses incurred by ticket holders.
By entering the festival grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers incidental to an outdoor event. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of falling, physical injury, exposure to loud sounds, flashing lights, severe weather, and contracting communicable diseases.
All attendees and their belongings are subject to search upon entry and at any time inside the festival grounds. Prohibited items (including weapons, illegal substances, and outside alcohol) will be confiscated. Refusal to cooperate with searches will result in denial of entry without a refund.
